About This Game
CHRONO RUNNER is a brand-new original action-puzzle platform game developed for the MSX1 by the members of the Italian MSX Association.
A mysterious tachyonic catastrophe is threatening the timeline itself. As Chrono Runner, you must recover unstable Tachyon Singularities before they decay forever. But time is not just your enemy… it is also your weapon.
Use the unique Rewinding-Clock system to rewind the last few seconds and solve temporal puzzles, avoid deadly traps, defeat robotic guards, and explore a labyrinth of interconnected rooms filled with secrets.
Developed as a completely non-commercial collective project, Chrono Runner was created through the collaboration of programmers, musicians, graphic artists, level designers and retrocomputing enthusiasts united by their passion for the MSX standard.
